How to Get a Mortgage Loan
Once you have chosen your Loan Officer at Thompson Kane, that will be your dedicated contact. The LO will be available to you until closing day.

STEP ONE - Apply Now to Get Started
After you have decided on the home and all parties have agreed on the contract, your application will be fine-tuned and prepared for Underwriting.
You can either complete the application online or call one of our Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers and they will be happy to assist and answer any questions you may have.
STEP TWO - Your Home Loan is Approved and Funded
Your Real Estate Agent or the Seller will designate an Escrow/Title Company to handle the funding of your loan, along with many other factors which make your purchase go smoothly.
We will coordinate with the escrow team and you'll be able to sign the final closing papers at a location & time that is most convenient for you.
